Refunds and returns will not be provided on MTO items. All adjustments, exchanges or store credit are only in the event of an owner error and are always at the discretion of the seller and will only be provided in the event the seller is in agreement.

Custom fabric : TAT is 14 days from the day after the fabric has been received by the designer
On hand fabric: TAT is 14 days from the day after the order has been placed
On hand SC Boutique: TAT is 14 Days from the day after the order has been placed
Pre order SC Boutique: TAT is 4-6 weeks from the day after the order has been received by Stephanie’s Creations from the warehouse
Care Instructions
Machine wash in cold with like colors and fabrics. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron flammable fabrics .
